hanging out with friends or taking part in an activity we enjoy.
This eventually catches up to us as we age, we don’t have the energy anymore to go and take
part in activities we once loved.
Work & family life tends to overwhelm us and sure enough our energy levels get depleted and
we start noticing minor aches and pains which eventually snowball into chronic pain, especially
in our ligaments and tendons.
We put these pains down to wear and tear & getting older and believe that we need to spend
money on expensive therapy or even attempt a new diet to offset some of these symptoms.
But the truth is, we never actually get time to dedicate to ourselves, hence why we’re in the
position we’re in the first place
And taking part in physiotherapy sessions can be both time consuming and expensive to say
the least…
AND you still have to do all the hard work at home, even when you’ve taken part in a session
through regular stretches that your therapist would have advised you to do.
Fortunately, there’s a much more affordable alternative, something which doesn't require
you to drive all the way to a therapist and pay them by the hour.
All you need to do is a simple 10 minute workout at home with some resistance bands in
order to achieve the same result.
No more endless therapy sessions...
And the best thing is, you can do these workouts in the same amount of time it would take you
to drive to a therapy session
Which ultimately means that you’re saving time for the activities you love.
One woman named Jane discovered just how effective resistance bands are in combination
with a training program.
She had been suffering from pain in her lower back & legs for years which was only getting
worse the more she aged.
First she tried doing a few stretches on her own, this resulted in even more pain because of bad
form and not knowing how to do the exercises properly.
She then eventually started paying for expensive physiotherapy sessions which had minimal
effect, these sessions also required her to do the bulk of the stretches at home, despite paying
expensive fees...
She was about to accept her new reality that meant living with, and accommodating
constant pain.
However one day, whilst surfing the web, she came across a program that utilized resistance
bands in combination with a training program.
And it promised long lasting results...
It sounded too good to be true, so naturally she was doubtful
But she tried it anyway as she had nothing to lose at this point.
So she dedicated 10 minutes a day where she followed the program and carried out the
stretches with the resistance bands, often in her living room.
10 minutes was nothing she thought, as she was previously spending up to an hour on therapy.
So she stayed diligent when it came to her new routine.
3 weeks into the program she was noticing some big differences already
Her pain was not as constant and she could finally go about her day in peace
She also could now get a full night's worth of sleep, which she couldn't before due to the pain in
her back and limbs.
Jane’s inspiring story is one of many, and all she did was sacrifice 10 minutes of her day.
With just a little guidance and minimal tools she achieved BIG results.
So no matter how packed our schedules are, we can definitely find 10 minutes in our day,
especially if it helps with pain and mobility and having a better quality of life as a result.
Jane’s story should inspire those that have found themselves in a similar position, those that
simply don't have the time, strength or energy for extended therapy or workout sessions.
